The jury awards a Special Mention to Project 1606 which, following the acquisition of the Saint-Adrien church, has developed a space for creation: the BEAM, whose mission is to promote emerging and promising projects for the community in Estrie. An innovative and original project, the result will become a landmark in the area's revitalization. The jury particularly noticed the audacity of the real estate development company, which decided to acquire the site to meet their needs and also those of the community.
