Saint-Germain Cathedral will be protected

The Minister of Culture and Communications, Minister responsible for Youth and Minister responsible for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region and the Outaouais region, Mr. Mathieu Lacombe, announces the signing of a notice of intent of classification for the cathedral of Saint-Germain, located in Rimouski. By this gesture, he wishes that the building be protected under the Cultural Heritage Act to preserve its important heritage value.
