The bell of the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette chapel will be protected under the Cultural Heritage Act
The Minister of Culture and Communications, Minister responsible for Youth and Minister responsible for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region and the Outaouais region, Mr. Mathieu Lacombe, announces the signing of a notice of intent of classification for the bell of the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette chapel. By this gesture, he recognizes that this heritage asset constitutes a national treasure and he ensures that it is protected for the benefit of future generations.
