Religious heritage preservation : Québec invests $ 12 million

The Québec government is increasing its budget for the preservation and enhancement of the religious heritage by 20%. For the entire territory, the budget for fiscal year 2017-2018 will thus reach $ 12 million, announced Culture Minister Luc Fortin on Sunday morning in Montreal. With this sum, 64 buildings can be restored, as well as two organs and five religious works of art.
