To the discovery of Quebec's sacred places

News - September 4th, 2021

Through its richness, variety and quantity, religious heritage contributes to structuring and forging the identity of Quebec's cities and communities, the thousands of sacred buildings that still shape the province today as witnesses to the diverse origins of the immigrants who populated the colony since its beginnings. For the fourth edition of the Religious Heritage Days, which will take place on September 11 and 12, nearly three hundred of them will open their doors to the general public, who will be invited to enter these places that are part of everyone's daily life, but in which few people really dare to set foot.
